Terms of Service

There is no charge for initial consultations.
A written estimate will be provided free of charge.
A signed contract outlining project details is required before any project begins.
Transcription fees are based on one or two speakers and good quality recording. There will be additional charges if three or more speakers and/or poor recording quality. Medical transcription is not available at this time.
We guarantee confidentiality however a non-disclosure agreement can be signed if requested.
The minimum charge for all projects will be at the rate for 1 hour of service depending on the project. ($12-$20)
Work is performed Monday-Saturday at normal rate. Any project that requires Sunday or holiday work will incur an additional 50% charge per hour.
Payment for monthly retainers are required in advance for the month. Unused retainer fees cannot be refunded. We will be happy to provide additional service to cover the unused amount.
Payment for all short term projects is due within 15 days of billing. Overdue accounts subject to a service charge of 2% per month.
We prefer Paypal for all payments. Credit cards are only accept through Paypal. We will also accept checks or money orders. Please contact us for details.
Although we endeavor to provide our clients with an accurate, high quality product, the final proofreading of the finished product is the responsibility of the client. If the client finds any errors we will be happy to correct them free of charge within 10 business days of the completion of the project. After 10 business days we reserve the right to charge a small fee for this service.
We do endeavor to keep our system secure and virus free with state of the art virus protection and multiple firewalls. We do not open any unsolicited email attachments. Please be sure to contact us before sending any attachments and describe what is being attached.
We do not provide printing services. All finished documents will be sent via email or fax. If you need a hardcopy we can mail a single copy via USPS, FedEx or UPS. The cost of postage will be added to your invoice.
